At RZN Business Supplies, we prioritize your satisfaction while balancing the needs of our business. Please read our updated refund, returns, and cancellation policies below.
How to Request a Refund or Return
- Email [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, full name, and a detailed explanation. Attach photos if the item is defective or damaged.
Returns Process
- A R150.00 postage/shipping fee applies for returns, to be paid before collection is arranged.
- Items must be securely packed, including all original packaging.
- Once collected, you’ll receive a confirmation email when the return is processed and credit or refund issued.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under these conditions:
- Eligible products: Grafitack Adhesive Vinyl and Heat Transfer Vinyl.
- Damaged in transit: Refunds or replacements are at our discretion upon assessment.
- Refunds are not available for:
- Buyer’s remorse.
- Items intentionally damaged or altered.
- Custom or made-to-order products.
A handling fee of R10 or 5% of the purchase value (whichever is greater) will apply to all refunds.
Cancellations
- Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
- For cancellations:
- Before production/shipping: A refund minus the handling fee will be issued.
- After production/shipping: Refunds are not available, but a credit note may be offered.
Inspection and Damage Claims
- Returned items are inspected for intentional damage. Requests may be denied if damage is deemed intentional.
- For items damaged upon delivery, notify us within 48 hours, following our Breakage or Damage in Transit Policy.
